Refund policy

You can read every book in full before you buy it, so you always know exactly what you are ordering. The printed edition is the same book on paper.

Damaged, wrong or missing books

If your parcel arrives damaged, contains the wrong book, or never arrives, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date). We replace it at no cost, or refund it in full.

Cancelling before shipping

You can cancel any time before the order ships, at no cost. If you already paid, we refund the full amount.

Change of mind after delivery

Because the complete book is free to read online before buying, we do not refund a printed copy simply because you changed your mind. If a book is unused and unmarked, contact us and we will try to find a fair solution.

How to request it

Write to contact@litdarija.com with the phone number used for the order, the book title and a photo if the book is damaged. We answer within a few business days.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are sent back through the same method you used to pay.
